Kuala Lumpur is a popular tourist destination of South East Asian country of Malaysia and the crown jewels of Kuala Lumpur are the two towers of height 451.9 metres also known as the Petronas Twin Towers. These two skyscrapers of 88 floors were known to be the tallest buildings of the world till 2004 when Taipei 101 surpassed them. Nonetheless, together they still continue to be the tallest twin buildings in the world.

Like the Shirakawa village which sits cosy in the mountains spanning from Gifu to Toyama Prefecture in Japan. The reason for which the Shirakawa village and the neighbouring Gokayama part have been tagged as a World Heritage site is because they have the gassho-zukuri farmhouses which are one of their kinds.
